Products must be returned in accordance with applicable laws and our return procedures.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned products should be sent complete and include all supplied hardware, components, instructions, and packaging when possible.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not qualify for withdrawal rights under applicable law.

Refunds will be processed after returned goods are received and inspected, as required by applicable law.

Return Packaging Instructions

To help ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please carefully package all items before shipment.

Return all products, hardware, fasteners, brackets, instructions, and accessories originally included with your order.
Whenever possible, use the original packaging and packing materials.
If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy box and sufficient packing material to prevent damage during transit.
Secure loose components to prevent movement and damage while in transit.
Do not apply shipping labels or tape directly to the product packaging.
Include your order number inside the package to help us identify your return.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products arrive safely and completely. Missing components, damaged items, or products returned in a condition beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may result in a reduction of the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

Please retain your tracking number and proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed.
